The Gala is organized by the parent community working closely with the school
administration and the Development Office.

However, whether you are attending the Gala or not, there are many ways
to support this event. We
would love to have 100% participation from our school families!
Please remember that
50% of any donation, sponsorship or advertisement can be counted toward your
family’s fundraising obligation.

Who can attend the Gala?
This is an adults-only event open to school parents, school and parish staff,
and members of the parish, all of whom are welcome to invite friends and adult
family members as well. The more,
the merrier!
Where can I buy tickets and how much are they?
Invitations will be mailed to school parents several weeks prior to the Gala and
will be available in the Commons of St. Elizabeth Church as well.
The invitation and reply card will also
be posted on the school website where you can download it, print it and send it
in to the Development Office. The
$80 ticket price (per person) includes entrance to the auction and dinner.
You will also have the opportunity to purchase tickets for faculty
members.
Please remember that 50% of your ticket
purchases can be counted toward your family’s fundraising obligation.
Is there a catalog of items being auctioned?
A printed auction catalog will be sent home prior to Gala night to those who
have purchased tickets. The catalog
will also be available on the school website (if you see something you would
like, but you cannot attend the Gala, pre-arrange to have someone bid for you!).
Please remember that 50% of any
purchases at the Gala (raffle tickets or silent or live auction items) can be
counted toward your fundraising obligation.
