What is the St. Elizabeth School Gala?T

The Gala is the school’s most important fundraiser.  This event raises funds that directly impact our children.  The proceeds are dedicated to expanding educational opportunities.

 Who organizes the Gala?

The Gala is organized by the parent community working closely with the Home and School Association and the Development Office.  There are parent co-chairs and a gala committee made up of parent volunteers.  Everyone in the St. Elizabeth School community is welcome and encouraged to volunteer to help make this event a success. 

How can I help?

There are many ways to support this event.  You can volunteer to help on a committee, encourage other parents to participate, spread the word about the Gala to our community, and attend the Gala.  You can also:

• Donate an item or service.
• Advertise in the Gala catalog.
• Underwrite Gala expenses.
• Buy a Fun Note.
• Ask your friends, neighbors or businesses you frequent to donate or advertise.

How do I make a donation?

You can stop by the Development Office to pick up a donation form or download it here.

Bring completed forms to the Development Office along with donated items.  If you are donating a service and have literature you would like displayed at the Gala, please bring it to the Development Office.

 Where is the Gala held?

The Gala will be held at St. Elizabeth School.  The evening will include a silent auction, live auction, plenty to eat and drink and a live band.  This event is a great opportunity to get together with your friends and have fun while raising funds for our kids.

 Where can I buy tickets and how much are they?

Invitations will be sent home several weeks prior to the Gala.  There is a main ticket price which includes entrance to the auction and dinner.  You will also have the opportunity to purchase tickets for faculty members.

 Is there a catalog of items being auctioned?

Auction items can be viewed in two ways:  (1) our on-line catalog which will go live on January ? and (2) a printed Auction catalog will be sent home prior to Gala night.
