Now is the time to sign up as Committee chairs and/or members for various HSA (Home and School Association) Committees for the 2008-2009 school year. Descriptions of committee activities are located on the St. Elizabeth website in the Quick Links under the title of HSA Handbook.
Volunteers will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that some committees are limited in size. If space allows, you will be placed on all committees that you request. HSA will notify you in August of your committee assignment(s).
For Lunch and Recess Duty, please include your preferred day and whether you would like to work the first half of the year, second half of the year, or the full year. For Homeroom Parents, please include the grade in order of choice.
Please use the attached form to sign up and send it to the school in an envelope marked “HSA Committees” or you can email your requests to dchaconas@aol.com. The sign up deadline is Friday, June 6, 2008.
