Welcome to St. Elizabeth School.  St Elizabeth has gone paperless and our parent communication is done via this website (check under Thursday Folders).   If you have not already done so, please sign up on our email list.  This information is confidential and used for administrative and emergency purposes only.  We also have an automated carpool system and your email is needed for this purpose also.  A handbook on the automated carpool system will be on the website before the start of school in September.

Grades K-8 Registration 2008-2009.

Health Forms - all students NEW TO ST. ELIZABETH SCHOOL must have completed immunization forms and health inventory forms, along with a dental health record, on file before the start of school in September.

Record Release Forms - to be filled out and turned in to YOUR CHILD'S PRESENT SCHOOL OFFICE so they may release your child's official records to St. Elizabeth School

HSA (Home School Association) Volunteer Opportunities. 

Fingerprinting - ALL families are required to volunteer 15 hours during the school year.  Volunteers must be fingerprinted.  Fingerprinting is by appointment only.

School Uniforms:  March Uniforms, Rockville, MD is taking care of all of our uniform needs.

Extended Care:  St. Elizabeth Offers day care before school starting at 7:00am and day care after school from 3:00pm til 6:00pm.  If you are interested please review the Extended Care Program Letter and Registration for 2006-07.
