Welcome to St. Elizabeth School.  St Elizabeth has gone paperless and our parent communication is done via this website (check under Thursday Folders).   We have an automated carpool system, you will receive you carpool tag the first week of school.

Health Forms - all students NEW TO ST. ELIZABETH SCHOOL must have completed immunization forms and health inventory forms, along with a dental health record, on file before the start of school in September.

Record Release Forms - to be filled out and turned in to YOUR CHILD'S PRESENT SCHOOL OFFICE so they may release your child's official records to St. Elizabeth School

HSA (Home School Association) Volunteer Opportunities. 

Fingerprinting - ALL families are required to volunteer 15 hours during the school year.  Volunteers must be fingerprinted.  Fingerprinting is by appointment only.  The Volunteer Application must be filled out and signed by the principal prior to making an appointment.

School Uniforms:  Flynn and O'Hara Uniforms, 2208 Veirs Mill Road, Rockville, MD  20851: 301-838-8958 is taking care of all of our uniform needs.

Extended Care:  St. Elizabeth Offers day care before school starting at 7:00am and day care after school from 3:00pm til 6:00pm.
