Recess Grades 1-8 Sign Up

How to Sign Up for Recess……

 

If you are a new family to St. Elizabeth School or if you have not yet signed up on VolunteerSpot, please follow both sets of directions.  If you are returning to St. Elizabeth School or have an existing VolunteerSpot account, please follow the second set of directions.

 

To register with VolunteerSpot:

  1. Register with VolunteerSpot using the St. Elizabeth page at http://www.volunteerspot.com/login/entry/87-62427933847
  3. Enter your email address. Please note that all future VolunteerSpot communications will be sent to this email address.
  4. Click on the “Your Info” button on the left hand side of the screen. Please input your name and phone number.

 

To Sign Up for St. Elizabeth Recess using VolunteerSpot:

  1. Sign into VolunteerSpot using the blue “Sign In” button found on the VolunteerSpot main page at http://www.volunteerspot.com/
  2. Enter your email address and password into the required fields. Please click on “My Invitations” (orange tab at top of page) and St Elizabeth Recess 2011-2012 will come up. Click on St. Elizabeth Recess 2011-2012 to view to calendar.
  3. Click on any day you wish to volunteer for that has availability. Availability will be indicated by the “Sign Up” icon. The “Full” icon means there is no availability for that day.
  4. Please click on the yellow button that says, “Sign up Here”.
  5. Click on the Green “Save and Close” at the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

6.   Volunteer Spot will review your dates. You MUST click the “Confirm” icon to

complete the process and be assigned to the recess dates.

  1. Click on the Blue “Sign Out” tab to the right when you are done. This will take you back to the homepage.

 

Please make note of the days you sign up for on your personal calendar.  You will receive a reminder email from VolunteerSpot two days prior to your recess volunteer days.

CONGRATULATIONS, YOU HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN SIGNING UP FOR RECESS!!!!!!

 

Please remember once you have signed up for a date, please do not remove yourself from the calendar.  If you are not able to fulfill your scheduled date, you are responsible for finding a replacement.  A list of substitutes is available on the recess section of the website.   If you have a last minute emergency or illness and cannot cover your recess duty, please contact Liz Mills or Meg Milota in addition to the school office.
