FIRST ANNUAL BOOK SWAP!

Initiated by one of our seventh grade students, St. Elizabeth will host its first annual Book Swap over the next two weeks.  This event takes place in two ways, over two weeks.  First, from May 12-14, those wishing to participate will bring, from home, gently used books they no longer read.  Books will be placed in classroom outreach bins until the actual swap takes place.  The seventh grade students who have volunteered to oversee this project will then prepare the books for the swap.  During lunch times on May 19-20, those students who brought in books to swap will be invited to select/swap for a different book to bring home.  For every one book donated to the swap, one “new” book may be selected to bring home.  All leftover books will be donated to St. Camillus Catholic School.  If you have questions about this new school initiative, please contact Katie Edwards c/o homeroom 7B.
