St. Elizabeth CYO Basketball Registration/Team Formation
Grades 3-4 Boys and Girls
YOU MUST HAVE THE REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION - *** NEW PLAYERS TO CYO ***
The ADW CYO will no longer be accepting paper player registration or
paper roster forms. There is a new
registration system that the CYO will use for all sports.
Each Parent/Guardian will register your child once for all CYO sports for
the year. Registration process
starts at the following link:

You will be prompted throughout the process but below is an outline of
the steps.

Go to the above
link. Since this may be your first
time on the system, you will need to click on the instruction to create an
account. You will need an email
address to receive a user id and password.

You will then
register your child as a participant and will receive a unique user id and
password that will stay with your child throughout their CYO eligibility.

When you have
received your child’s user id and password, you can log back as a user on the
site and go to the registration page.

You will be
stepped through the process to fill in your Registration, Medical Information
and Consent and Release Agreement.

You will be
asked to confirm the information and then print your form. Write your Parish
affiliation and turn in this form with your check to the school.

It is imperative that we know the number of
participants for a league for two reasons:
1)
Allows us to recruit the appropriate number of coaches
needed for the evaluation.
2)
Allows us to meet the deadline to submit the number of
The online registration is the only process that will be accepted for
participation in ADW CYO sports.
LEAGUE INFORMATION
- Grades 3 and 4 will compete in the Archdiocese of Washington CYO league.
Practice will start in December and games
will start in January running through February.
PLAYER EVALUATIONS: All teams are divided
evenly
Player evaluations are solely for the purpose of
constructing fair and balanced team.
There are NO cuts; there is no “A” team.
A “draft” will occur after the session to divide teams evenly by GRADE
and SKILL.
Please look
for a notice in the Thursday folder regarding the date/time of the evaluations.
