St. Elizabeth First Grade Girls Basketball Team

Sign up to join the first grade girls basketball team. It will be organized through the City of Gaithersburg Hoop Dreams program. The program runs from January - February with 1 practice during the week and 1 game on Saturdays. Practice and game schedules will be determined in December.

Registration

·      Print registration form: http://www.gaithersburgmd.gov/Documents/sports/registration_form.pdf

·       Fill out form including the following information:

o   Activity # 33269

o   Activity / Class Name: Hoop Dreams First Grade Girls

o   Fee: $50 for Gaithersburg residents, $65 for non-Gaithersburg residents

o   Additional Information/Special Request: Coach Kevin Reed

·      Turn in form and check in an envelope labeled “First Grade Girls Basketball”, Attention: Mrs. Woo

·      All forms must be in by Friday, November 11
