Mandatory Absentee and Late Arrival Reporting

Dear Parents and Guardians,

To ensure the safety of all of our students, all absentees and scheduled tardies/late arrivals must be reported to the Health Room daily before the start of school. Emailing your child’s teacher is not enough; the Health Room is responsible for monitoring the attendance each day. 

To report any tardies or absences, you can either enter the information via the SCHOOLPASS system, call the health room, or email Mrs. Childs. The best way to report an absence or tardy is to enter it in the SCHOOLPASS system. This way, the Health Room, your child’s teachers and the front office will automatically be notified.
